DESCRIPTION:Last chance this season to head inside the Rockland Breakwater Lighthouse! We’ll open the lighthouse AND the tower on October 31 from 9:30 AM until 12:30 PM. Also a great opportunity to snag one of our remaining hoodies\, available by donation. A perfect gift for yourself or the fellow lighthouse lover in your life\, and a great way to support our preservation efforts. The event is free\, though donations are strongly encouraged and can be made via cash\, check\, or online with our QR code. Come stroll the breakwater with your friends and family this Halloween morning!

DESCRIPTION:The Witches are coming back to Belfast Harbor on Halloween Night. The 8th Annual Witches Row\, hosted by DoryWoman Rowing will happen on Saturday\, October 31 from 4-5:30pm. Nicolle Littrell\, the owner/operator of the local rowing service and licensed Maine Guide will lead the on the water procession in her traditional-style wooden dory Sorciere. \n“This is a time when the witches of our community reveal themselves to each other and join together in an on the water coven\,” says Littrell. \nAll are welcome to join in their own small craft. Meet out on the water at the footbridge at 4:15pm. The witchy procession will “fly” around Belfast Harbor and the Passagassawakeag River as a group. \nParticipants are encouraged to dress appropriately for the weather\, wear a lifejacket\, bring a headlamp or flashlight\, a cellphone and trick o’ treats to share. \nThe Belfast Footbridge provides the perfect vantage point for those that would like to “Witch Watch.” Weather date is Sunday\, November 1. \nFor more information about the event or to learn about DoryWoman Rowing visit: dorywomanrowing.com
