SUMMARY:Storytime and Open Gym at the Blue Hill YMCA
DESCRIPTION:The Blue Hill Public Library and the Blue Hill YMCA are bringing storytime to the Y! Preschool kids and their caregivers are invited to join Ms. Jen at the YMCA on Wednesday\, June 17 at 10:30 a.m. to sing songs\, read stories\, and participate in group movement activities. There will also be time for a fun obstacle course and open gym where kids can play and families can connect. The program starts upstairs in classroom 2 along the track. \nThis program is free and you do not need a YMCA membership to attend. SUMMARY:Coastal Kids Science Series: Trophic Art
DESCRIPTION:Kids are invited to the Blue Hill Public Library to join Leah from 4-H on Wednesday\, June 17 at 3:30 p.m. to learn about some of the tiniest lifeforms on our planet and how they are vital to the health of animals in an ecosystem. In this hands-on workshop\, kids will combine creativity and science to design their own trophic level art! Coastal Kids Science Series with 4-H is a monthly program where youth can dive deep into the natural wonder of water. \nThis program is free and cosponsored by the library and the UMaine Cooperative Extension.
