Event Type: Gentle Exercise, Support Group


Be In Motion: Gentle exercise classes designed for those who have had a cancer diagnosis, are currently in treatment, cancer survivors and their caregivers. The focus is on restoring range of motion, encouraging lymph drainage and muscle strengthening. All levels are welcome.  Medical clearance from a physician must be obtained before starting. Offered by the Beth C. Wright Cancer Resource Center, Samantha Williams facilitates this weekly in-person or Zoom exercise class every Friday, 1:00 – 2:00, at the Cobscook Institute, 10 Commissary Point Rd, Lubec.
