WERU Community Radio a non-profit corporation operated by a volunteer Board of Directors. Meetings of the WERU Board of Directors take place on the third Monday of each month at 5:00 p.m., unless the meeting falls on a holiday. Meetings are open for public observation and there is a fifteen-minute public comment period at the beginning of each meeting. Board meetings are usually conducted virtually/online.
