-PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. YOUR EVENT MAY NOT BE POSTED IF THESE TERMS ARE NOT FOLLOWED-
- Local events only (coastal, central, Downeast, and midland Maine)
- No spam
- No press releases. Submissions must be in the form of a calendar event, not a publicity document
- All events submitted must have Organizer contact information included, in case WERU staff need to be in contact
- All events submitted must have the Venue field included, unless the event does not have any venue (such as an online event)
- Keep the language family friendly
- Limit repeating events to six months of submissions
- No single event that is over 24 hours long. If you have a multi-day event, set it as a repeating event over multiple days. The only exception is an open art exhibit or something similar
- No duplicate events. If there is a chance someone else has already submitted your event, please check the listings before proceeding

Calendar submissions will be reviewed and approved, if appropriate, within 5 business days.
