Winter Survival Adaptions. Camp Beech Cliff’s Kareem Dieng talks about the ways animals adapt for winter survival. There will be an outdoor portion to explore and spot some of these adaptations for ourselves. Meetings of the WERU Board of Directors take place on the third Monday of each month at 5:00 p.m., unless the meeting falls on a holiday. Meetings are open for public observation and there is a fifteen-minute public comment period at the beginning of each meeting. Most meetings are held virtually.
