Adults ages 18 and older are invited to Camp Beech Cliff’s Adult Outdoor Skills Day on Sunday, September 20. Presented by Camp Beech Cliff in partnership with the Maine Department of Inland Fisheries and Wildlife’s Maine Outdoor Programs, this daylong event offers participants the opportunity to build confidence and learn new outdoor skills in a welcoming, inclusive environment.

Participants will choose one three-hour morning workshop and one three-hour afternoon workshop. Options include reading the forested landscape, lake ecology, adventure cycling, archery and bowhunting, hunting, and rod-and-reel fishing.

Check-in begins at 8:30 a.m. The cost is $75 and includes both workshops. Participants should bring lunch and snacks and dress for outdoor activities and changing fall conditions. Limited scholarships are available. On-site tent camping is available Saturday night for an additional $25. Space is limited, and workshop selections are first come, first served.
