The Blue Hill Public Library will present a reading, Q&A, and book signing with local author and researcher Nomar Slevik, for his new book In the Pines: True Stories of Mystery, Mayhem, and Monsters in Maine on Thursday, August 6 at 7:00 p.m. The book is an exploration of the unexplained encounters that everyday Mainers have faced – crop circles, spontaneous human combustion, alien visits, and more.
