The Blue Hill Library and Blue Hill Books will present an author talk with W.H. ‘Bill’ Bunting on Wednesday, July 29 at 7:00 p.m. at the library for his new book Captain Drew’s World: Dispatches from the Age of Global Sail. A maritime historian and editor, Bunting has compiled Captain John Drew’s (of Hallowell, Maine) writings and gathered them in a collection with enlightening annotation. Captain Drew’s World provides readers a vivid window onto the great age of sailing from both coasts of the United States to the Caribbean, Europe, Southeast Asia, Australia, and beyond.
