Friend Memorial Public Library in Brooklin (1 Reach Road) will be holding an author talk with Ann Packer and Ayelet Waldman on Tuesday 8/25 from 4 to 5 p.m. Packer is a bestselling author whose latest novel, “Some Bright Nowhere,” was chosen for Oprah’s Book Club last year. Waldman is also a bestselling author and Peabody Award winner, writer of the well-regarded “Mommy-Track Mystery” series. Anyone is welcome to join, free of charge!
