Nevan Carling will host a live demonstration of heritage hewing techniques to prepare a new sill for the Jonathan Fisher House in Blue Hill. Nevan will use a hand axe, the same tool that Fisher would have used to hew the original sills. Join to watch and ask questions, 1-4 PM on Sat. 9/19 at 44 Mines Rd. in Blue Hill.
