My Boyfriend Bonhoeffer is a haunting exploration of the artist’s imagined romance with Dietrich Bonhoeffer, a German prophet, theologian, and martyr living under the oppressive Third Reich regime.

Part pillow-talk & part ghost-story, this experimental theater piece explores desire, humanity in turmoil, and the strange role spirit plays when the forces of history appear stacked against us.
