Points North Summer Party

To kick-off another season of incredible nonfiction, Points North is hosting their all-new annual Summer Party, Wednesday, July 15th at Tenderwild Farm in Rockport. Points North turns 10 this year, and they are celebrating this special milestone with local artists, new films, good food, and a summer night in the garden worth dressing up for!
The event honors longtime supporters Ann & Dick Costello, whose deep and sustained involvement has made so much of this possible, alongside Biljana Tutorov & Petar Glomazić, directors of To Hold a Mountain — the first film completed through our Diane Weyermann Fellowship, and winner of the Grand Jury Prize for World Documentary at Sundance this year. Together, they’re perfect bookends for a decade of growth: the founders who believed in us first, and the filmmakers who show what that belief makes possible.
The VIP hour (6–7pm) offers an intimate cocktail reception with Points North filmmaker alumni. From 7pm, expect wood-fired pizza and bites from The Uproot Pie Company and Bleecker & Greer, custom artmaking with Wet Day Fire and Little Chair Printing, live music from Kafari, and a sneak preview of CIFF 2026. Bring something to screenprint or embroider — a shirt, a bandana, a tote — or work with materials generously provided by American Roots.
