Wherever you are in your musical journey, join internationally known singer songwriter Caroline Cotter for an adventure in songwriting that explores the power of songs and provides different approaches to crafting a song that truly speaks to your ideas and emotions.

Caroline has traveled the world, taught English overseas, worked with exchange programs, then took to the road with her music for the past 12 years. She has performed more than 1,000 shows across 46 states and 19 countries. The workshop will include a Brown bag lunch discussion: A panel of songwriters will share insights about recording, building audiences, social media, touring and connecting. Panel members include Amy Love and Andy Revkin and Diana Quinn

Diana Quinn is a veteran of the Washington DC music scene, fronts several award-winning bands and has written and produced many award-winning songs. Her bands and albums are multiple WAMMIE award-winners, including Album of the Year, song of the year, and top vocalist in several categories. Diana is a founding member of the legendary local punk band Tru Fax & the Insaniacs, which recently released a new album and was featured in the new documentary, “Punk the Capital.” She is also a founding member of the alt/ retro country band Honky Tonk Confidential (HTC), the 60s girl group tribute band The Fabulettes, and the americana/roots duo Snarky Sisterz. Diana’s bands have performed on a myriad of stages, from the Kennedy Center to the Grand Ole Opry, CBGB to the Waldorf Astoria, and Sylvan Theater to the Kennedy Center.
