Business owners and artists looking to boost their brand visibility are invited to register for “The Art of Business: PR and Marketing Workshop for Artists and Entrepreneurs.”

The two-hour interactive workshop, held on two optional days: July 10 and July 11, 9-11 am at Haley Art Gallery (178 Haley Rd in Kittery, ME), will be led by Artscope Magazine art critic, Linda Sutherland, M.A., and founder of Global Cadence Consultancy and co-owner of Haley Art Gallery, Jackie Abramian.
Participants will gain valuable tips and guidelines to help develop and enhance their brand identity and outreach. The workshop fee of $75 includes light refreshments and a PR guidebook.

Linda Sutherland has served as President of the UNH Museum of Art Board of Advisors and the NH Writers’ Project’s Board of Trustees for six years. For 21 years, she managed Nicolin Fields Publishing & PR, Inc., as president, senior publicist, and writer. She holds a Master’s degree in English Nonfiction Writing, a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology, and an Interior Design degree from Chamberlayne-Mount Ida College.

Jackie Abramian is a corporate communications consultant for global technology and social enterprises, and co-owner with her husband, of Haley Art Gallery in Kittery, Maine. A regular contributor to national and international magazines on women peacebuilders, trailblazers, and social justice issues, Abramian serves on the boards of various NGOs. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in English and Journalism from Suffolk University, and several certificates in social entrepreneurship and digital journalism from Reuters Foundation and Copenhagen Business School, among others.
