The Blue Hill Public Library will present a candidates’ forum with the Hancock County Sheriff candidates Corey Bagley and Dakota Dupuis on Wednesday, October 21 at 7:00 p.m. The candidates will be given questions and topics of discussion by a panel of three local reporters and editors: John Epstein, The Rising Tide; Faith DeAmbrose, Ellsworth American/MDIslander; and Andy Webster, Penobscot Bay Press. Facilitating the forum is Amanda Woog, Blue Hill Selectboard. Corey Bagley is currently a detective with the Ellsworth Police Department and has worked in law enforcement in Hancock County for over 3 decades. Dakota Dupuis is currently a Lieutenant with the Hancock County Sheriff’s Office.
