Fruit Tree Pruning for Beginners. Learn to prune fruit trees to encourage vigorous growth, heavy fruit set and quality fruit yield. Hands-on pruning experience for folks who haven’t pruned before or have a little experience. Includes basic pruning practices and required tools; identification of branch collars, waterspouts, fruit buds; branch training; and scion wood and storage.
