Current first place holders in the International Back to Back Wool Challenge, Mainely Spinners, will be demonstrating and selling items they have made to help support Sarah’s House in Holden. Try spinning wool, get  handcrafted fiber items, or buy raffle tickets for the 2025 challenge sweater. Sunday, February 15, 11:00 – 1:00, at Sea Dogs Brewery’s Winter Farmers Market, 26 Front St. Bangor. FMI: Mainely Spinners.

Meetings of the WERU Board of Directors take place on the third Monday of each month at 5:00 p.m., unless the meeting falls on a holiday. Meetings are open for public observation and there is a fifteen-minute public comment period at the beginning of each meeting. Most meetings are held virtually.
